Mission Statement

     The Health and Harmony Center is a holistic and spiritual learning center offering a peaceful environment where people have the opportunity to enhance the quality of their lives.

     We provide a wide variety of physical and personal renewal programs for the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

     These programs include Yoga, Therapeutic Massage, Integrated Awareness®, Meditation, Reiki, and other holistically related techniques which re-establish Health and Harmony for the individual, the community, and the planet.

Namasté
(na-ma-stay) is a Sanskrit greeting that means, I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light and of peace. When you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, we are one.
