Gentle yoga is a bridge between moving in flow and staying stationary. It is appropriate for those wanting a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice.
Generally speaking, it encourages a highly individualized approach to practice without the frustration of not doing a pose or agitation of holding a pose. While previous yoga experience is helpful, it is not necessary.
