Our FUNdamentals of Yoga class is our introduction to yoga. It helps build strength, flexibility, and most importantly, great technique. This is the perfect class if you're new to yoga, in need of a refresher class, or are wanting a more solid foundation.
FUNdamentals of yoga is taught by Ellen Marie Duff. You are invited to come every week or occasionally...there's always something new!
