2nd Friday of the month Meditation Evening
with Kandy Love
This Meditation Evening will explore a variety of meditation techniques, including guided meditations. While the primary purpose of meditation practice is to facilitate awakened spiritual consciousness, there are many documented side benefits, which contribute to mind—body wellness and improved functioning. These include strengthening of the immune system, slowing of the biologic aging process, reduction of stress symptoms, improved intellectual skills, stimulation of creativity, and an enhanced appreciation for living.
