Are you recovering from injury? Do you need to build endurance and balance? Do you, for any reason, need a gentle re-entry into exercise? Do you need some fun in your life? Then join us for Strength & Stretch with Sondra Dansby. 

This hour long class "does a little" with every part of the body. Using breath and core work, stretching, and the resistance of your own body to build strength, it varies each week. Not only is it exciting, you'll quickly see improvement in your flexibility, balance, strength and energy. 

Stretch & Strength with Sondra Dansby is on Thursdays and Saturdays from 11:00a to 12:00p. Sondra is known for her humor and her ability to relate to all types of students. Come laugh and feel better with us!
